Refund policy
1. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
1.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD). The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal during this period without providing a reason.
1.2 Custom or personalised furniture orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty due to manufacturing defects. This exemption from the cooling-off period is compliant with EU regulations.
1.3 For hygiene reasons, mattresses are non-returnable unless they are faulty or do not comply with the contract. If packaging is unsealed, these products may not qualify for a return.
1.4 Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not permitted unless within the 14-day cooling-off period for distance or off-premises sales. For items cancelled after arriving in stock outside the cooling-off period, full payment may be required. Deposits paid on cancelled items are non-refundable.
1.5 Refunds and exchanges are not available for items that have been delivered unless the item is faulty, does not meet the description, or fails to comply with statutory rights.
5.6 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
