At Le Divano, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and on time. Please read our delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Ireland. For deliveries outside of Ireland, please contact us to discuss available options.

Delivery Timeframes

Due to the nature of premium furniture, delivery times may vary depending on the item and your location:

In-stock items: 5–10 business days
Made-to-order items: 4–8 weeks
Floor clearance items: 3–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery date once your order has been processed.

Delivery Costs

Free delivery on all orders over €500
A delivery charge may apply for orders under €500 — this will be calculated at checkout

Large Item Delivery

All furniture items are delivered by our specialist two-person delivery team. Our team will bring your furniture to your room of choice and, where applicable, assist with basic assembly. Please ensure clear access to your property and the intended room before your delivery date.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window. We offer morning and afternoon delivery slots, Monday to Saturday.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging all items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ledivano.ie with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
